Junyang Lin is the Tech Lead of the Qwen team at Alibaba Group, where he spearheads development of one of the world's most capable open-source LLM families. He has led releases across Qwen's language, vision, coding, and reasoning models, with research spanning scaling laws, multimodal learning, AI agents, and reinforcement learning.
