Sean Grove is the founder of Linzumi, his third startup and latest YC company, building tooling for a world where every person can drive ten thousand agent-hours of work per day. Previously he worked on OpenAI's post-training and alignment teams, where he helped author the Model Spec and developed deliberative alignment. His AI.Engineer talk arguing that "the new code is the spec" is one of the conference's most-watched, with over 1.2 million views.
