Recursive Flint: a 39.8B / 2.5B-active local coding model, Apache 2

Flint from Recursive (Richard Socher's lab) is a 39.8B mixture of experts with 2.5B active, built to run fast for coding on a Mac, under Apache 2.0. Its architecture was chosen by Recursive's Eureka Machine, and the team went from no pre-training effort to release in under 4 months. Prince Canuma shipped day-zero MLX support.
